The MSc in Corporate Finance has been designed to be a focused programme on all areas of Corporate Finance and is ideally suited for those who wish to specialise in this area of professional activity.
Increasingly, the global financial industry is demanding specialists with a very focused knowledge of corporate finance, debt and equity financing, corporate governance, financial accounting, mergers and acquisitions and investment banking. These fields of study will be dealt with at an advanced level both in terms of theory and practical application.
The elective courses which are available in addition to the six main modules provide a level of tailoring so that the student can further specialise in other related academic areas of interest.
