Anne Witte, combines anthropological and humanities expertise to provide an original dimension into the development of environmental and cultural programmes at EDHEC. With strong interests in comparative and international approaches to business education, she has been instrumental in the development of international programmes, multi-media learning platforms and cross-disciplinary projects.
Björn Fasterling PhD - German
LEGAL CONTEXT
Professor Fasterling joined EDHEC Business School as a Law professor in 2003. His research and publications focus on comparative legal aspects of corporate governance, company organization, corporate responsibility and civil liability. Prior to EDHEC, professor Fasterling worked as a German lawyer in the Berlin office of the law firm WilmerHale and practised in the fields of corporate law and international arbitration.
Charles LUMBERS - Canadian
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Faculty member since1986, Charles Lumbers' professional experience has been divided between teaching and programme management. Academic specialisation in fields related to entrepreneurship: entrepreneurship per se (including business modelling and planning), network dynamics (including as related to complexity theory), and regional economic development. Founding member of the organising committee of an ambitious regional business-creation competition and presently programme manager of the EDHEC Master of Science in Strategic Management.
CRIMINAL RISKS : Bertrand MONNET - French
Before joining the Faculty in 2005, Bertrand Monnet was a consultant in risk management while conducting researches for the Paris Criminology Institute. At EDHEC, Bertrand is both a professor and the scientific director of IMARISC (Institute for criminal risks management). He develops forensic researches in different countries, especially in Nigeria, Colombia, the western Balkans and China.

BUSINESS COMPLEXITY & STRATEGY: Denis DAUCHY PhD - French
Faculty member since 1995, Denis Dauchy is mainly involved in executive education programmes. . He is currently developing a strong activity in executive education seminars and in professional publications. His core topics of teaching and research are: strategic analysis and management, innovative business models, complexity management, decision making process, strategy and corporate governance.
FINANCE : Pierre MELLA-BARRAL PhD - French
Before joining EDHEC, Pierre Mella-Barral taught Finance and Economics at HEC Paris in 2004 and Finance at the London School of Economics as well as at the London Business School. His research projects revolve around corporate finance and asset valuation. His work consists of taking concepts used in corporate finance, in banking or in strategic planning and adapting them to dynamic models for the valuation of financial assets.

Octave JOKUNG PhD - French
MICROECONOMICS
Octave Jokung Nguéna's research covers the area of risk theory and especially the case of several risks. He published more than dozen articles in international academic journals like Management Science, Finance and Review of International Economics.

Christophe COLLARD - French
INTRODUCTION TO EU COMPETITION LAW
After his postgraduate research degree in law, Professor Christophe Collard worked for the French government and began teaching at the Lille School of Law. He joined EDHEC's core faculty in 1990 and has taught Antitrust Law, Contract Law and Consumer Law, and maintains an active research agenda in the areas of Competition Law and Legal Management. He has presented numerous papers at French and international conferences. He is the co-author of one of the best selling business law handbooks in France. He has also garnered several awards for excellence in writing and teaching.
ROQUILLY PhD - French
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW & STRATEGIC RISKS
Faculty since 1989, Professor Roquilly is currently tenure professor of Business Law. From 2002 to the end of 2006, he was Director of the EDHEC Grande Ecole (Master in Management ) and Associate Dean. In addition to delivering courses to a range of publics, he continues his academic research activities, focusing on cyberspace law and competition law. In addition, he has developed several tailor-made programmes for executives and lawyers. He also carries out regular consulting missions for firms in competition law, European law, law and the Internet, intellectual property law.
Philippe Very PhD - French
STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
Philippe Very is the author of many publications (books, academic journals, business press). The initial 2002 French version of his last book entitled "The Management of Mergers and Acquisitions" (Ed. Wiley, 2004), a best-seller in France, received the prestigious Manpower Award for the "Best 2002 French Book about HR Management". He is also intervening for French Radio Channels and delivering executive seminars in companies. His main areas of expertise cover the management of mergers and acquisitions and international management.
